I can hear an iconic 909 kit and a 303 bass line, so you don't need any expensive libraries or synth to make these sound:
You may grab some 909 samples for the beat, normally you will get a bunch from various websites for free.
For the 303 bassline, you don't need 303 emulation for that; as long as you have a synth with filter and envelope and a distortion, which can be synth1, 3xOsc, or SunVox modules, you can make the bass sound. To make the bass sound, you use a sawtooth, along with a filter controlled by an envelope with none to minimal attack and quick decay, keeping a little sustain for the tail. If you want to go more aggressive for your bass sound, increase the resonance and add distortions (can be overdrive, waveshaper, etc...).
Since these sounds are simple to make, I recommended to try your own first so that not only you don't need to spend extra for that, but also learn a bit of sound design.
