Smooth, Wide Sub With Nice Harmonics

Hey,
I recently heard this track ("ANGEL") by Sam Gellaitry, and it has a very nice bass.

I've head this kind of bass a lot, but have never been able to make it myself, and I haven't found any preset with it. It sounds like it's very simple, which is why I'm puzzled as to why I can't get that specific sound?

This is the closest I've come:

There's an example track (A few different versions) and pictures of how I set up the bass both in Vital and also in the FL studio mixer.

I find it hard to find that sweet spot between it being smooth and also having those nice harmonics. I don't know how to describe them, but you can hear it in "Angel". Either I find my bass smooth, but the harmonics are missing, or I get more harmonics, but the harmonics don't sound right and the bass becomes too dirty.

I've noticed that sometimes a bass has a lot more harmonics/distortion than you'd guess when you solo it, and they just get tucked under the other instruments when you play the whole track, giving it a nice rumble-like quality.

But ANGEL doesn't have that many instruments. It's very dynamic too. And the bass is a lot more audible on worse speakers too because of those harmonics.

Idk if it might be the waveform, distortion type or what, but I know that I've followed serum tutorials on Vital before where you can clearly hear that Vital processes sound differently than serum.

I appreciate the help🙏
